   Each circle should have a poster ready, and a write up for the auctioneer to read about your dinner.  (Quantity of couples along with Date and Time of dinner) Remember, do not include circle name on the write up, couples bidding should not know the circle putting it on till afterwards.

Please bring a Snack or Beverage to share, along with your Dialogue Books and your Checkbooks!
